Angel of Pestilence

Even though death and war are the most famous of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, the first horseman has always been my favorite because he is described as riding forth like a conqueror bent upon conquest and that's some damn good writing in my book. Regardless, this isn't a popularity contest. Pestilence is mentioned first in Revelations, so she is the first installment in my Plague of Angels series

I've taken some serious liberties with Pestilence; making her female, an angel and leaving out the crown and scales before entirely omitting the horse altogether but these decisions all fall comfortably within the realm of artistic license, right? The horse was just going to draw focus away from the main attraction anyway...
